What this notice covers

This notice explains the small set of personal data the company actually handles. It follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The sites do not run advertising or analytics cookies. A separate Software EULA covers the licence for Vortex9 and Aura9.

Data collection is kept small

The company asks only for what a request or an account needs.

• Contact and support forms: the name, email address, and message you type, so the company can reply.
• Sanctuary accounts on mystic9.net: the email address and sign-in details needed to keep your session and any membership or course access you buy.
• Vortex9 activation: the account email, and a receipt reference only if you type one, so the app can confirm whether a subscription is active.
• Aura9 interest: an email you choose to send. Aura9 is not yet available to install, and this page does not store an interest list.

The company does not buy contact lists, and it does not sell personal data.

Zero-telemetry and zero-harvesting commitment

Vortex9 and Aura9 are built so the device stays with the person using it. Device state, scans, household rules, and personal telemetry are not tracked, stored for a profile, or monetised.

On Vortex9, scans, block decisions, household rules, and the operator passphrase stay on the device. Scanned text is not written into a browsing history and is not uploaded. The optional threat-feed download is a host list. It does not include scanned text, household rules, or browsing history. The only account data sent for activation is the email address, plus a receipt reference if you provide one.

Aura9 is still in final deployment. The same rule is the product standard: when the client is released, it will not harvest device state or personal telemetry, and it will not monetise either.

Why the data is used

• To answer a message you send, and to run an account or subscription you ask for.
• To keep the sites and the apps secure.
• To meet a legal duty, such as a tax or company-record obligation.

Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and to deal with any follow-up. Account data is kept while the account is open, and afterwards only as long as a legal duty or an open dispute requires.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask to:

• access the personal data the company holds about you;
• correct data that is wrong (rectification);
• have data erased, where the law allows erasure.

Cookies and on-device preferences

mampitech.com and mystic9.net do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The cookie notice at the bottom of the page is there so that choice is clear. Closing it stores that single preference in local storage on your device. It is not sent to an advertising network. Sanctuary tools may also keep settings, such as a sign-in session, on your device so the page can work. Those are limited to running the site you asked to use.
